Who I Am
I didn't start in a boardroom. I started in a customer service branch, helping people fix problems and feel heard. That instinct to listen closely, solve precisely, and improve constantly has shaped every step of my journey. Over the past two decades, I've led talent operations at some of the world's most complex and fast-moving companies, including Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and Spring Health. My job has always been the same: build the systems, processes, and teams that help ambitious companies become exceptional ones. The impact of my work can be seen in the growth and success of these companies.
I founded Dustin Brown Consulting because great hiring isn't about ping-pong tables, viral job ads, or chasing the latest tools. It's about people. It's about designing recruiting functions that are structured enough to scale and human enough to inspire. I bring executive-level expertise, from overhauling interview programs to launching ATS and CRM systems to training hundreds of hiring managers to think more rigorously about who they let through the door. I've seen firsthand how a single hire can shift a company's trajectory and how the right system can make those hires repeatable.
This work is deeply personal to me. I lead with empathy, backed by data. I'm SHRM SCP certified, Lean Six Sigma trained, and as comfortable in the weeds of a regression analysis as I am coaching a CEO through their hiring blind spots. But more than anything, I care about helping companies hire with integrity and confidence.
